The Envy of the Samsung Galaxy Case
By Brent Neenan
My iPhone case broke my heart the other day. My trusty friend failed me. Carelessly, I let my iPhone to fall from my hands as I was trying to plug it into my iPhone charger. I've owned Samsung GALAXY cases that have never shattered, especially to this extent. In one final death blow, the case, along with my phone screen, and my heart, crumbled on the tile floor of my home.
After my depressing incident I had to implement my insurance policy and procure a new iPhone. In addition, I went case shopping again. This time, I decided to not go with one with so much style, but one that I could truly place my trust in. Hours of analysis on the internet, browsing random websites and ads, I scoured for the right new case for myself. I ignored all the flashy styles and went right for the tough stuff. I wanted a case that would pull through the worst I could throw at it. I wanted to be able to run it over with my car or demolish it with a hammer. I wanted a case that wouldn't break my heart again!
Finally, after weeks of searching, I found the iPhone case that fit all of my needs. No longer will I drop my phone when plugging it into my iPhone charger and suffer the repercussions of owning a ineffective piece of plastic sold as a cell phone case. No longer do I envy Samsung GALAXY cases. I went with a super rubber case, maybe not thick enough to run over with my car, but solid enough to sustain any real damage I cause to it.
If you ever find yourself in the predicament I was, make sure to do your homework and shop for the right case. Neglecting a little thing such as a cell phone case can definitely put a damper on your day. You might find yourself constantly shopping for something you thought you already, peace of mind. Instead you'll simply end up with chunks of your broken cell phone.
Don't ever count on anyone but yourself my mother used to say. I wish I would have stretched that advice to my smart phone case. Putting trust in a little plastic piece surrounding my brand new costly device was the last thing I should've ever done. I had to buy a new one because of that mislaid trust. Don't ever depend upon a case to be your best friend because it will break your heart, and your smart phone.
